Beberapa error pas update android LG GT540

Kemaren nyobain firmware yang gw ambil dari xda developer bagian LG GT540 bagian LG GT540 - SwiftDroid Project - (O.S. 2.3.2), by Mur4ik  ternyata, banyak error diantaranya :

  • pas aktivasi kamera, terus di standby, tekan home, dia bakal ngehang, munculin layar ala terminal videonya disini
  • gagal restore sms dari aplikasi smsbackuprestore
Dari error itu, gw pikir, kalau yang 2.3.2 blom stabil mending pake versi yang lebih bawah deh, ke android froyo 2.2.1 yang punyanya LG GT540 - OpenSwift Project - (OS 2.2.1), by ankuch & Quarx eeh, ternyata ide buruk, udah camera ama gps ga jalan, ga bisa boot ke fastboot mode pula, halah halah... jangan deh kunjungin link itu, hehehe

Sekarang si hape nya cuma bisa masuk ke Download mode, dan lumayan ribet supaya si hape bisa jadi mode fastboot lagi, untungnya ada guide dari cyanogen di sini untuk restore si hape, gw kutip sebagian

1. Download the KDZ updater from here if you haven’t already done so.
2. Download these two files:
French v20a.KDZ
out.kdz

3. Remove the SD card, the battery and the SIM card.

4. Press the Volume Down button and connect your USB cable this will put your phone into download mode.

5. Next you need to open up device manager and go to modems and disable the LG Android USB modem.

6. Now open up the KDZ updater:
a. Check that ‘Type’ is set to '3GQCT' and ’PhoneMode’ is set to 'CS_EMERGENCY'.
b. Then in the KDZ file box browse to and select the French KDZ file and click Launch software update. Wait for it to say finished.
c. Unplug the USB cable before it the phone boots. Then plug your phone back in while pressing the’Volume Down’ button again, this time the screen will say download mode.
d. Go back to the KDZ updater and check that ’Type’ still says ’3GQCT’ and ’PhoneMode' is still set to ’CS_EMERGENCY’
e. Browse to the out.kdz file and click launch software update] wait for it to say finished.
f. Remove the USB cable, put the battery back in and start the phone it will get to the Android boot logo but that’s it.

Perhatikan :
-diatas ada 2 step, dua2nya masi phonemode = cs_emergency dan ga pake batre, 
-baru step terakhir dikasi batre buat step dibawah, dan 
-step dibawah ini BUKAN dalam mode download, boot normal aja, kalau bengong di tampilan logo android biarin aja, kdz updater yang bakal set si hape masuk ke download mode

7. Plug the USB cable back in and go back to the KDZ updater and change ’PhoneMode’ to ’DIAG’
a. Browse to either the Carphone Warehouse KDZ + fastboot or the EuropeOpen KDZ + fastboot and click launch software update
8. When it says finished turn off the phone and boot into fastboot mode (hold ’Camera’ and power on the phone) and install Cyanogenmod 7 (instructions above).

Setelah hape bisa  fastboot mode lagi, baru download cyanogen, disini berhubung judul artikel nya itu gt540 dengan android 2.2 atau froyo, gw pikir downloadan itu versi froyo, eeh, taunya gingerbread juga 2.3.3 (beneran froyo ternyata, dirubah lagi ama yang punya, baca update dibawah) yang sejauh ini lebih stabil dari info di xda developer, enaknya downloadan cyanogen ini, udah lengkap ama image recovery.

Jadi selain 2 file image utama, system.img ama boot.img ada juga image recovery, image recovery itu apa sih? untuk gingerbread ini, pas button power off di tekan, nanti ada opsi kalau boot itu bisa masuk ke mode recovery, di mode recovery ada tools buat backup/restore komplit.

Di download link diatas   (baca update dibawah) cuma berisi image ama readme, saran bikin batch file misalnya flash.bat isinya ini, untuk dijalanin sekali aja, biar ga cape ketik
fastboot -w
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot.exe flash recovery recovery_clockwork_3.0.1.3_swift.img
fastboot reboot
Pas pertama tampilan bakal dalam bahasa rusia, untuk set ke bahasa inggris si android ini, buka menu setting, dari icon yang gambar gir roda, dari situ cari icon A dan klik terus di menu yang muncul klik baris paling atas, untuk pilih bahasa

Semoga stabil, mari kita install2 lagi... bismillah

    kata saya sih, insya Allah asal ga putus di tengah jalan, gt540 tahan banting di oprek :D, saya tadi nya eclair ke froyo, ngalamain download mode, di set supaya bisa fastboot, trus langsung deh ke gingerbread, asal bisa masuk fastboot mode aja dulu

    ini kan rom 2.1 apa bisa langsung di flash ulang aja pake eorupe+fastboot???
    saya baca baca di tetangga bisa di root flash dulu pake out.kdz truz tinggal masuk mode fastboot...
    blm nyoba lagi byk kerjaan,, saya cuma minta pendapat saja,bagaimana kalo di flash ulang sama rom yg udah +fastboot ato harus ngikutin yang di atas :)

    Selama udah bisa masuk mode fastboot, diatas ga perlu lagi mas, hajar aja ama firmware lain, lebih enak mode recovery udah aktif, jadi load firmware bisa dr situ

    maap pak, telat neh....knp ya saya gagal terus upgrade 1.6 donut ke 2.1 eclair... selalu ga ke detect tipe hp saya dan tidak bisa update.
    1.Apakah hp harus saya matikan dulu?
    2.Apakah micro SD harus dilepas juga?
    atau kondisi hp tetap on tp harus ditekan apanya gtu?

    Pak,maaf mau tanya lagi...
    tadi malam saya sdh coba tutorial diatas sampai step 7a(a. Browse to either the Carphone Warehouse KDZ + fastboot or the EuropeOpen KDZ + fastboot and click launch software update), tapi saat saya coba reebot dg menekan tombol volume UP+camera+power,tidak bisa masuk fastboot..tapi tetep masuk ke download mode.
    kemudian saya coba booting normal sampai nyala normal,saya cek di about phone yang berubah hanya 'software version' saja. sebelmnya V20c sekarang jadi V20b.aplikasi tidak ada yg trhapus hanya bbrapa kali force close dan tdk bisa login ke google.
    kira2 kesalahan saya dimana ya pak?
    terus langkah apa yg harus saya lakukan?
    saya sdh donlot cyanogen 6.1 krna yg 7 link donlotnya error,nah stlh di extrac file itu hrs saya letakkan dmn?di sd card atau ttp di komputer?
    apakah sd card harus di partisi trlebih dulu?
    mohon bantuannya ya pak,karna saya masih tahap belajar..

    maaf mas, dibaca lebih teliti lagi saja, saya sudah lupa, sudah 8 bulan di pakai masih stabil jadi blom di oprek2 lagi :)
